Here at Pinebrook, we are about to start a campaign to raise funds for our Watermark for Kids. To contribute to this campaign, employees have been encouraged to donate money to buy a golf club. This club will be auctioned off at the Annual Watermark Summit in Arizona. From here, we will select our candidate, and use the funds we have raised to help them achieve a dream!
If you don’t know what Watermark for Kids is, let us fill you in! Watermark for Kids was founded by David Barnes, President of Watermark Retirement Communities. His inspiration and vision has resulted in an organization which creates young leaders and helps underserved youth.
Watermark for Kids is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering kids to fully express themselves and thrive. Through Watermark for Kids, young people are encouraged to build character, strengthen their leadership skills and express their creativity, compassion and spirit. Kids submit applications describing their vision and Watermark for Kids provides the financial support to bring as many of these visions to reality as possible.
Watermark for Kids is a Section 501(c)(3) non-profit organization recognized by the State of Arizona and the Internal Revenue Service and is described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
