On a beautiful September afternoon, residents of The Gardens enjoyed a delightful tour of the Cincinnati Art Museum! Founded in 1881, the art museum houses an array of artwork and rotating special exhibits. The museum admission is free due to a gift from the Rosenthal Family Foundation and is one of a handful of free Cincinnati experiences.
Eager residents boarded the bus on this sunny fall day for a scenic drive to Cincinnati. Each gallery we toured showcased different periods of time and a diverse culture of artists. We were intrigued to learn that the permanent collection encompasses more than 67,000 works of art spanning 6,000 years of time. Spending the day with friends examining the galleries made the day an enriching experience for all who participated!
