We’re thrilled to introduce our 15th edition of EXPRESSIONS, Watermark’s annual calendar celebrating active aging and the arts. Complimentary copies of this beautiful, full-color wall calendar are available while they last at every Watermark community. Also, for the first time, we’re pleased to have published an online gallery featuring all the artwork. We’re delighted we could honor more of our talented residents in this way. View it here now.
As you will see as you flip through the pages of this calendar or through our online gallery, Watermark communities are filled with inspiring individuals who are also friendly, caring and generous with their time and talents. Take Norm Slack, for example. Every Saturday, he volunteers to teach Recycled Art, a popular Watermark University class. In addition to the award-winning sculpture depicted in Expressions, Norm and his neighbors have resourcefully created table centerpieces, decorative fences and other works of art for all to enjoy.
Watermark communities bring individuals together in the most interesting ways. Life is all about connecting with others and engaging in worthwhile experiences. If you’ve already made Watermark a part of your life, thank you. If you have yet to experience a Watermark community, I cordially invite you to sign up for a class, join us on an excursion or simply come by to share a meal for a taste of our lifestyle.
We’ve been creating extraordinary communities where people thrive since 1987. Here’s to more good things to come in 2016.
