It was a perfect afternoon to climb aboard the Pinebrook bus and travel back in time! “Bebb Settlement,” a Pioneer Village, represents a typical early 19th century American settlement found in the Ohio region. We met an historic interpreter who walked us through the Pioneer Village as we discovered the lifestyles and customs of the settlers. We saw inside the log cabin home of the 19th Governor of Ohio, William Bebb. We also visited a blacksmith shop, a tavern, a trading company and a schoolhouse. What a beautiful, fun and educational day!
